Leamington Spa - Means of Escape

Our client needed to protect a one bedroom flat, the flat had an inner room - Definition: A room where the only escape route is through another room (termed the access room). Inner rooms are a safety concern due to the risk of fire in the access room.

So we installed and commissioned a Smartscan Hydra System in the Kitchen/Living Area.

Our client was then able to get Building Control Approval for his project.
